That "closing ceremony" was something I often used to do with my HS XC & track teams. It grounded them, returned them to their routine while allowing them to carry the lessons and energy of the workout into that routine.

We're all still teenagers at heart.

Good "move," Lee.

My swimming is not good enough technically to use as a good example. I am just a good Age Group swimmer. I cross over and enter too early with my right hand and have been addressing these issues recently. I do have some swim videos on our youtube channel you can watch: www.youtube.com/leezee.

Lee,

Congratulations on your article just published in the USAT Magazine. It was cool to see one of our Floridians prominently displayed there.

We have briefly met before but I doubt you'll remember. I was at the "Beginner Orientation Talk" that you gave a day before Trilogy I this year. I had long hair and as I got there, you joked: "Hey, you know, one of the rules in triathlon is that your hair can't be more than one inch long".

: )

Anyway, good job on the article.

Ah... My hair is now short. Looking for some respect in the community, you know?

Pablo
