Track workouts are without a doubt the very best way to get you running faster and to add pure speed to your racing. But few people know how to execute a perfect Speed workout. This track session will teach the following:
– Proper body position to obtain more speed and prevent injury
– The key to perfect pacing using time, pace and distance. This is crucial and will be the core of the session.
– Elite level running drills to reprogram your bodies existing running gait
After this session you’ll know how to write your own race specific track sessions, sequence the workout properly and execute each session with the ultimate accuracy.

Preference is that you ride your bike to the track from wherever you are but parking is available at Crandon Park.
