Three sports and three ways to make each your best:
1. Finish the swim strong. Swim hard until you can grab the sand then pull yourself up out of the water.
2. Pace the bike well. Your bike pace sets up your run pace. Start a little easier than you think you should then build in to finish strong. Be conservative in the beginning.
3. Same rule applies for the run as the bike. In the last half mile it’s go time. Run as if you’re running on hot coals and close the last half mile as fast as possible.
